I am 62 and I have switched to a more vegetarian diet, with lots of Omega Three Fatty acids - anchovies, sardines, and grasshoppers. I feel much better for it. I still enjoy a good steak or lamb chop about once a week. I cannot stress enough the importance of eating cruciferous vegetables and fruits.
