Israel can find a way out of this mess. It just needs to vote Netanyahu out of office, and replace him with a credible IDF friendly candidate like Benny Gantz. There are far more parties interested in peace than in a protracted civil conflict. Once peace comes, and it will, this nightmare will fade into the background. Israel, unlike the United States, does not have pockets deep enough to fight a twenty year protracted war on "terror".
